  • Take the Geistown / Elton exit.
  • Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Rte 756 W (AKA Elton Road or Bedford Street).
  • Drive about a quarter-mile on Rte 756 W.
  • Look for a doghouse on the right with the Spangler Subaru sign on it (see photo on right).
  • Turn right at that dog house. It will be a sharp turn onto Alvin Street.
  • Drive all the way down Alvin Street.  All the way down.  You will feel like you are going into a street with no outlet, but keep driving.
  • When you get to the top of the hill, you've arrived!
From 219 N
  • Take the Elton Rd/PA-756 exit toward Geistown.
  • Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Rte 756 W (AKA Elton Road or Bedford St).
  • Drive about a quarter-mile on Rte 756 W.
  • Look for a doghouse on the right with the Spangler Subaru sign on it (see photo at top right).
  • Turn right at that dog house. It will be a sharp turn onto Alvin Street.
  • Drive all the way down Alvin Street.  All the way down.  You will feel like you are going into a street with no outlet, but keep driving.
  • When you get to the top of the hill, you've arrived!
From 56 E
  • Take the 219 S exit toward Somerset / Windber.
  • Stay in the right lane after you enter 219 S.
  • Take the Geistown / Elton exit.
  • Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Rte 756 W (AKA Elton Road or Bedford St).
  • Drive about a quarter-mile on Rte 756 W.
  • Look for a doghouse on the right with the Spangler Subaru sign on it (see photo at top right).

  • Merge onto 219 N toward Johnstown / Expressway.
  • Stay in the right lane after you enter 219 S.

  • Continue about 3 miles.
  • Take a slight right to merge onto Belmont Street.
  • At the end of the ramp, turn right onto 756 E (AKA Elton Rd or Bedford St).
  • Drive about 1 mile on 756 E.
  • Look for a doghouse on the left with the Spangler Subaru sign on it (see photo on right).
  • Turn right at that dog house. It will be a sharp turn onto Alvin Street.
  • Drive all the way down Alvin Street.  All the way down.  You will feel like you are going into a street with no outlet, but keep driving.
